TERMS OF SERVICE

The Buffed Out Drift Series (BODS) is a community-run competitive drift championship played on CarX Drift Racing Online 2. BODS is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by CarX Technologies. All game names, trademarks, and assets are the property of their respective owners.

bods.gg exists to share schedules, standings, and series information. Don't abuse it. That means no scraping, automated hammering of the site or its services, attempts to break or gain unauthorized access to anything we run, or interference with other visitors. We may limit or block access for misuse.

Register and compete using your own genuine Steam account, with accurate details. One account per driver. Impersonating another driver, or entering competition on alternate ("smurf") accounts, is grounds for removal from the series.

Applying doesn't guarantee a championship slot. Fields are limited, and the admin team selects entries through the process announced for each season. Decisions on entries are final.

By competing, you agree to follow the Official Rulebook. No cheats, macros, input automation, or modified game files that grant an advantage — in practice, qualifying, or battle rounds. Steward and referee decisions on incidents and results are final.

Treat drivers, stewards, and broadcast talent with respect. Toxicity, harassment, hate speech, or abuse — on track, in chat, on Discord, or anywhere you're representing BODS — can lead to disqualification and bans.

Rounds may be streamed or broadcast live. By competing, you agree that your participation may be recorded, broadcast, and published, and that entry footage may be used in highlights, recaps, and promotional material for the series.

The site and series services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BODS is a volunteer community project, not a company. We do our best to keep schedules accurate and services running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Violating these terms or the rulebook can mean removal from an event, voided results for you or your team, or a ban from current and future seasons. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from the series.
